Total Investment - 15,000.
10:30am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready (I will start later if I am able to photograph all of your details on Friday, before the rehearsal dinner ;)
12:45pm Bride gets into her gown; second shooter meets the groom to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:15pm Bride, bridesmaids + bride's immediate family photos taken by Dana
1:30pm Groom, groomsmen + groom's immediate family photos taken by second shooter
2pm Everyone heads to church; second shooter to photograph ceremony details upon arrival
2:30pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive
3pm Ceremony
4pm Everyone heads to the Junior League for photos
4:15pm Combined family photos, wedding party photos, and bride/groom portraits at the Junior League
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space details at this time
6:30pm Reception begins
7:45pm Optional sunset photos (sunset 8:03pm)
10:30pm? Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
